About Our Director
Dr. Ogundare Olusegun Samuel
Dr. Ogundare Olusegun Samuel is a seasoned management consultant, leadership strategist, and human resource expert with experience in organizational development, training, performance management, and recruitment. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, including two Ph.D.s from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and Saint Monica University.
He has consulted for various organizations, contributed to the 2008 World Bank Lagos Mega City project, and published scholarly articles. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Intellectual Edge Services, where he leads executive education and consulting, and remains committed to developing people and organizations.
